Description: Located in the beautiful development of Echota, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom main floor (entry level, no stairs) condo is perfect for your next vacation. This condo is fully furnished with everything you would need for a long retreat or a short weekend getaway. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals and the living room is inviting with a gas log fireplace. Curl up, get cozy and read a book, watch TV or take a nap
. the choice is yours! Guests of this unit have access to the deck from the living room or primary bedroom where they can breathe in fresh mountain air while gazing at the mountains and listening to the sounds of nature. Enjoy a short mountain getaway to relax or an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. 

Resorts' Amenities: Amenities in these gated resorts include indoor and outdoor (seasonal May 1 - Oct. 1) swimming pools with hot tubs, two private clubhouses, fitness rooms, stocked fishing ponds, a 23-acre riverfront park, community hiking trails and catch and release fishing.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing. Excellent October stay for my family of 4. Plenty of room, restful sleep on comfy beds and beautiful views from the porch swing all throughout the day. Close to everything we wanted to see and do on our stay. Would rent this condo again.

Nice condo, good location

Overall a good stay. The condo is very comfortable and clean. Our son enjoyed fishing on property. Only issue is internet would go out for hours at a time and there is very little cell reception. Stressful if you work remotely!

Nice Mountain Getaway

We stayed here for several days. The place was very clean and exactly as described. Loved the small but wonderful convenient things like sheets, towels, TP, and tissues that were already there. For the most part it felt like a home away from home. **My only complaint or feedback would be the couch is worn and old and to the point of needing replacing. Everything is decorated beautifully and my daughter loved swinging on the porch swing. Being able to step outside and hear nature was so relaxing. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice also!! :) Would stay again.

Mountain Retreat

The condo was perfect for our needs/wants. We were 2 adult couples and we had plenty of space. The Master bedroom bed is very comfortable. This is the middle unit so we did hear people above and below us but it wasn't disturbing. Because it is an end unit there are no neighbors next door which was nice. The view is beautiful. Echota is beautifully landscaped. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

While we liked everything from perfect location to beautiful view especially morning sunrise to ayout of condo. We do have one complain about living room bed couch and chair are in desperate need of serious TLC or replacement.

Winter Trip

The condo is outstanding. First let me say we have stayed at several places on and around Sugar Mt. Our last stay was in December of 2016 just a little over a month ago. We wanted to be as close to the mountain as we could so we stayed at a newly renovated condo at a complex called Sugar Top and even though it was just renovated and done very well. These older places are drafty and aging. This place was awesome great indoor pool for the kids and only about 10 min to skiing or Boon. It is very centrally located. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property amidst spectacular scenery.

Very clean unit with all the comforts of home. Fantastic views from back porch. This particular unit could use a more comfortable couch and some blinds on living room windows to block out afternoon sun , but otherwise a lovely unit. Nice to have extra necessities like linens and soap included. It was easy to travel to our favorite mountain spots from location of condo. Would recommend to friends and family.
