We stayed at this property for 3 nights and we enjoyed our stay. Clean and quiet place. The staffs are very accomodating and approachable. It is very easy to request for some things like extra sheets for the pull out sofa or trash bags. The breakfast is good and tasty. Location is near so many convenience/grocery stores and other hotels.

It was very convenient for our purpose and had all the amenities that we needed. We were there for High Country Jazz Festival and students who were working at the desk were very helpful and printed out information we needed.

This was the third hotel we stayed in the last few nights, as we were traveling far, and the best one of all three. Decor was modern, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. For the price point, I recommend it if in Boone.

This is a perfectly fine hotel. It’s not great, but it’s not bad. It’s older and feels that way. But it’s clean and quiet and close to everything in Boone. The employee at the front desk seemed to hate her job and I actively avoided her, not that she made any effort to seem approachable or remotely welcoming. The breakfast is not good but, again, not bad. I chose to eat offsite because there were no options for my dietary needs. Overall, it’s fine. I would stay again but probably not for a long period of time. For a night, on a weekday, it was fine.

Overall, it was a decent property. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The room overall could have been cleaner. Found food on the carpet from previous occupant. The room was quiet though. Had been concerned with proximity to the ice machine but didn't hear it more than once. Wall insulation is pretty good, didn't hear neighbors much. Location is accessible by car but not walkable once there. Still had to drive for eating locations, not a lot of great restaurants nearby. Would stay again if passing through for a night but would likely look for better location if staying in Boone longer. Outside landscaping was pretty.
