This is our go to property in Blowing Rock, great location, peaceful, short walk to town and they are welcoming to our four legged family members.

The Village Inn in Blowing Rock NC has lost its glory days unfortunately . I have stay in all three of there hotels. When they first open and for years they were my go to Lodging in this wonderful mountain town. Age has caught up for this particular one. Things had fallen off bathroom wall and not fixed the toilet leaked every time you would flush the tub needed a face lift and when I checked out at 8:00am the lobby was locked. I could not tell them about the toilet and had no juice etc. Diana Hill

There was very limited staff at the property. I stayed 4 nights and the door to the check in desk was always locked and there was no one there. After I first checked in there were still wet towels over the bath tub from the previous people that stayed in my room. I saw a lady outside the next morning that was able to get me dry towels and check my room for clean sheets because I wasn't sure if the sheets on the bed were clean.I was able to get coffee 1 time and because their door was always locked I had to get coffee elsewhere. I would more than likely never stay here again. Plus it was too expensive for what I got.

We love the location and room layout plus getting to bring our dog! The mattress in Room 108 needs to be firmer in the middle. Plenty of towels, coffee pods and nice soaps. Front desk not staffed during weekdays in March 24-28. We like the private deck off our room. Overall a great place to stay in Blowing Rock off hwy321

A wonderful, relaxing stay.

We got upgraded to the Penthouse because the cottage we were staying in didn’t have WiFi at that time. We’ve always enjoyed the cottage, but it definitely was a special treat to stay in the Penthouse suite.
