Stylish villa with a unique view of the Rhine in the World Heritage Middle Rhine

With the "Rheinvilla-Weitblick" we have realized a dream. In one of the most beautiful landscapes in Germany, we wanted to design a modern holiday home that sets new standards in the Middle Rhine Valley through exclusivity and individuality. The house is characterized by a generous sense of space, the latest technology, fireplace, whirlpool; (Use in summer) but above all privacy we see as the highest good.
That's why we deliberately let the 200-square-meter house with three bedrooms (+ a nursery for a toddler bed) and three bathrooms only to one rental party.
Our premium house is located in the best residential area in the middle of Boppard. Inside the house you can enjoy from almost every room and two balconies a magnificent view of the city and the largest Rhine loop, embedded in the steep slopes of the wine-growing region Bopparder Hamm. The secluded 800 square meter outdoor area (hillside) with two terraces is in no way inferior to this panoramic view. In 5-10 minutes you can walk to the train station, market place or other tourist attractions in Boppard.

Maison trÚs agréable, lumineuse, tout le confort et trÚs bien équipée

TrÚs belle maison, lumineuse, bien placée, au calme, avec vue sur le Rhin et proche du centre ville. Grand confort (trÚs bonne literie !), équipement complet et moderne, grand jardin et terrasse équipée pour manger dehors et se détendre, sans compter le jacuzzi trÚs agréable pour se relaxer aprÚs des journées de visite ! Accueil trÚs sympathique en plus ! Un séjour à recommander.

Most Amazing home we've ever stayed in!

We have stayed in many VRBO homes and nothing compares to this one. We were all blown away by the views and everything about it. Sven met us at the home and showed us everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing week in Boppard. He was such a gracious host and very helpful giving us a quick overview of the town and surrounding area.The house was extremely clean and well stocked. They have taken great care to create a beautiful and private environment. There are so many places on the property to sit and enjoy a beverage and an amazing view.This is not a critique by any means, but be aware that there are required stairs on this property. Each climb takes you to a new and wonderful spot but it could be a challenge for anyone that is mobility impaired. We spent several weeks in Germany, sadly only 1 of them in this home. When we return in the future this will be the one place we will 100% come back to.

Fantastic stay in Boppard

This place is absolutely amazing. Sven is excellent at communicating and the place is immaculate. We have stayed at eleven VRBO’s and this one is the best ever. From the location to the atmosphere in the neighborhood, we couldn’t have asked for a better place. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were sparkling clean and the best views of the rhine from the top of the property. Also the jacuzzi was a very relaxing experience after a day of walking around the beautiful town of Boppard and neighboring towns. Would definitely stay here again. The photos in the description are very accurate.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Die Villa ist wunderschön und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Alle Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Perfekt ausgestattet KĂŒche. 3 moderen BĂ€der. Der Garten mit Whirlpool ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und kommen gern wieder.

A lovely place to stay

Great place to stay - super convenient for the centre of town (bars, restaurants, supermarket etc), walks, river cruise etc. We particularly appreciated the free local transport and enjoyed exploring on the trains. Lovely house, beautifully presented, with amazing views made for sundowners!

Wir waren eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen zu Gast und haben uns rundum wohlgefĂŒhlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Außenanlagen konnten wir aufgrund des Wetters leider nicht genießen, bei Sonnenschein hĂ€tten wir den tollen Garten mit dem phantastischen Blick auf den Rhein aber sicher genutzt. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Mit dem GĂ€steticket kommt man mit der Bahn umsonst und in die Orte nördlich und sĂŒdlich von Boppard, das hat unsere Wanderplanungen erleichtert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war perfekt, meine Fragen wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet. FĂŒr uns eine klare Weierempfehlung!

Einfach großartig

Da wird nichts zu viel versprochen. Das Haus ist klasse und anspruchsvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist gut und der Whirlpool rundet das Wohlbefinden ab. Die RĂ€ume sind groß, der Wohnraum mit dem Kamin bietet eine angenehme AtmosphĂ€re, die KĂŒche und der großzĂŒgige Essplatz schaffen GemĂŒtlichkeit. Es ist an alles gedacht und wir können das Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Eine Perle direkt am Rhein!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Toller Garten mit Whirlpool, etwas oberhalb gelegen sieht man ĂŒber den gesamten Rhein. Das Haus war komplett !! ausgestattet, es hat an wirklich nichts gefehlt! Sogar GewĂŒrze, Öl zum kochen, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs etc. waren vorhanden. Wir haben gemerkt, dass den Gastgenern die Ausstattung sehr wichtig war. Es waren ausgesuchte, exzellente MöbelstĂŒcke vorhanden, stilvoll und wertig. Danke fĂŒr die ĂŒberaus sympathische BegrĂŒĂŸung und Verabschiedung. Tolle Gastgeber

Perfect for our family get together

This house is gorgeous and impressive. It was perfect for our family getting together from the US and UK. The house is decorated beautifully and classically updated and we enjoyed our time spent in there. The hosts were great and very quick to respond. Location is perfect for sightseeing around Boppard for all the castles and conveniently, a supermarket just down the road. We would recommend this place to anyone.

Family holiday in Boppard

We had a great stay in this lovely house. Had everything we needed and lovely outdoor area. Sven met us when we arrived and was a great host. Great location for exploring Boppard and the surrounding Rhine valley. The Gaste ticket was great for train travel all over the area with the station only a short walk each day. Would happily stay again and recommend for others. Rob, Alison and family.
