TolleFerien in einem gelungenen Mix aus alt und modern
Haus mit tollem Charme des 19. und 20. Jahrhunderts und im EG sehr hohen RĂ€umen. Sehr gut und recht modern - dabei ausgewogen -renoviert. Viel Platz im Haus mit groĂem Eingangsbereich, KĂŒche mit offenem kleinerem Essbereich und offenem Kamin, Kaminzimmer, Salon mit groĂem Fernseher, Bibliothek sowie Bad mit Dusche und WC im EG sowie 5 Schlafzimmern und 3 BĂ€dern mit Dusche (ohne WC) im 1.OG; hier im OG nur ein kleines und separates WC. Riesiges GelĂ€nde mit mit vielen alten BĂ€umen sowie Pool und ĂŒberdachter Grillstelle inkl. Essbereich fĂŒr lange Abende im Freien. Tischtennisplatte auf Anfrage kostenlos verfĂŒgbar.
Recht zentrale und gute Lage, da nur ca. 20 - 25 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Bordeaux und ca. 30 Minuten zu den Weinkellereien (z.B. nach St. Emillion). Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl. 2 SupermĂ€rkte fuĂlĂ€ufig innerhalb von ca. 600 - 1.000 Metern erreichbar.
