Heading towards the Médoc, you can take the "Wine Route" from Margaux to Pauillac, passing through Saint-Julien-Beychevelle and Saint-Estèphe. Continuing along the Gironde estuary, you'll reach Verdon-sur-Mer at Pointe de Grave, with its remote, end-of-the-world feel. The Atlantic coast awaits you with its ocean beaches some 50 kilometers away (Lacanau-Océan). And don't forget to visit the Arcachon Basin... The tram, located 5 minutes from the gîte, will take you quickly and easily to Bordeaux. Gîte Seguin is located 800 meters from the center of Eysines and in close proximity to all amenities (shops, restaurants, transport, schools, etc.). It is situated in a cul-de-sac serving several houses. The detached house has an enclosed garden with two terraces, a landscaped garden with a barbecue, and parking (one space inside the property and two spaces in the cul-de-sac in front of the cottage). It comprises an entrance hall opening onto the main living area with a dining room and TV lounge (decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob), three bedrooms (two double beds 140x190cm and one single bed 120x190cm), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning (in the living room only). The price does not include electricity consumption beyond 8 kWh/day (billed based on meter reading) or heating. Bed linen is included. End-of-stay cleaning is available (for a fee). The cottage is not suitable for electric vehicles (Intermarché supermarket, 10 minutes away, has charging stations).
