The room was basic, but the location was good. The advertisement on Expedia looked a whole lot better than it actually was when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was quite rundown and needs a refurnish meant. Breakfast was good.

The proximity to things was great. We could walk many places and the transit sytem was around the corner. Lots of places to eat close by and the abaility to move around the city was excellent!! Food was simple but good and other dining was close by,

The hotel staff were very helpful when I had sent some messages before the trip about transportation. Also, the hotel is located in a really nice area of Bordeaux for shops and restaurants.

The staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very convenient. The room was lovely and spacious. Toilet separate from bath was appreciated. The hotel is very, very conveniently located. Could walk to all major attractions. Would definitely return to this hotel. Handy elevator. Happy to see plenty local clientele eating at the indoor and outdoor seating. Loved Bordeaux!!
