The staff couldn t do enough to help ,and very knowlege of area ,the rooms were spotless ,the breakfast was excellent both in choice and length of time .well placed for trams and city center .plenty of pubs etc in area but also good botel bar

Great location very close to tram stop from airport, tram interchange and old town. Everything, including riverside, within easy walking distance and extremely easy to use trams. Great hotel in my opinion and good price for the high quality

We were quite disappointed by this hotel. We were unable to regulate the temperature and the carpet in the room was filthy. The hotel is a close walk to the city centre but the surrounding area is not nice.
