Hôte très réactif au téléphone mais malheureusement n'est pas sur place pour constater. pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée. Service de nettoyage à revoir: larves d'insectes vivantes qui grouillent dans les toilettes à l'étage ,pas de molleton pour protéger les matelas, congélateur laisse à désirer. le jardin sera nettoyé pendant notre séjour. LA PISCINE :le revêtement décollé, algues persistantes malgré l'intervention 2 fois du pisciniste.Quartier calme, maison agréable à vivre.Prestations qui qui ne valent pas le prix demandé.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Charmante maison bien équipé. Juste dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu utiliser la piscine. Une partie de la vaisselle n'était pas très propre nous avons dû la laver avant de l'utiliser.

Belle maison

Samuel est un hôte attentif et réactif. La maison est très bien agencée, il n'y manque rien. La literie est excellente. La maison se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Seul bémol :un voisin proche sensible au bruit ( pas de jeux de piscine ) , n'appréciant guère la proximité de vacanciers. Nous avons cepandant passé un très bon séjour chez Samuel que nous remercions pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.

Un bon séjour

Maison moderne avec l’équipement conforme à la description. Des choses utiles disponibles quand on arrive (café, sucre…). Contact avec le propriétaire facile et toujours agréable. Attention le voisinage ne tolère pas les discussions sur la terrasse après 22h (des voisins qui se sont plaints au propriétaire ; qui ne nous ont pas interpellé directement). Je précise bien les discussions car dans notre cas il ne s’agissait pas de musique ou autre « débordement » (baignade dans la piscine…), discussions que nous avons clôturé à 23h30 ce soir là. Ceci est indépendant du logement en lui même mais a mis un bémol à notre séjour. Nous avons bien conscience que cela ne doit pas être évident à gérer pour le propriétaire de la maison.

Comme à la maison…

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison parfaitement équipée et sécurisée pour deux familles. Très bonne exposition de la maison : terrasse ombragée le midi et le soir pour repas à l’extérieur. A quelques minutes de l’aéroport, proche de commerces, à quelques kilomètres de Bastia, la localisation est idéale. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Une adresse que nous recommandons pour un séjour en Haute-Corse.

Maison qui correspond en tous points à la description. Nous avons été très heureux de passer une semaine de vacances dans cette maison avec nos enfants qui ont pleinement profité de la piscine avec les bouées prêtées par Samuel. Ein tolles modernes Haus und ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter

Wir,4 Erwachsene ein Teenager waren vom 23 August bis 4. September 2020 Gast in diesem Haus. Es hat uns eine sehr freundlicher Vermieter erwartet. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Der Swimmingpool wurde vom Hausherrn regelmäßig gewartet. Der Standort des Hauses war für unsere Ausflüge sehr gut geeignet, auch von der Fähre in Bastia hatten wir nur 20 Minuten Fahrtzeit. Es gab nichts zu meckern, deshalb die volle Punktzahl für dieses Objekt und für den Vermieter. Merci.

Une location à recommander

Maison moderne, bien équipée et très fonctionnelle offrant une belle vue sur les montagnes et sur l'île d'Elbe. La piscine (et les bouées fournies!) a été très appréciée des enfants et la climatisation est un plus indéniable. L'emplacement au calme (dans un lotissement à quelques kilomètres au sud de Bastia) est idéal (grandes plages à une quinzaine de minutes, nombreuses possibilités de visites et de randonnées dans un rayon de 45 minutes/1 heure). A noter que le linge de maison (draps, serviettes et torchons) et le minimum nécessaire pour cuisiner (sel, épices, huile, farine, sucre....) ainsi que tous les frais (électricité, eau, ménage...) sont compris dans le prix . Ajoutez à cela la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Samuel qui a pris de nos nouvelles à plusieurs reprises et est venu assurer l'entretien de la piscine et cela finira de vous convaincre... Bref, cela restera un de nos meilleurs souvenirs de location!
