Fantastic holiday home with a large undisturbed terrace and enchanting sea view.

The holiday home is located in Børkop right by the water. From the house there is only 70m to the beautiful beach.

The house is 115 m2, built in 2010 and looks like new inside. There are 3 lovely bedrooms with 3 double beds. A total of space for 6 people. Look forward to waking up to the enchanting sea view and the sound of the waves.

There is one large tiled bathroom with hot tub and shower. Ready for a quiet and relaxing time. There is electric underfloor heating in the bathroom.

In the heart of the house there are a kitchen, living room and dining area with a wood pellet stove that provides coziness and warmth. There is also a fantastic sea view from here. The kitchen is bright and functional and faces the living room and the lovely dining area. In the living room there is a cozy sofa area with sofas, armchairs and TV. Here is plenty of space for the whole family to relax with a good book, board games and whatever else you can come up with.

In the utility room there is both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

In just 20 minutes by car, you can reach Vejle, where a lot of experiences for the whole family await. You can also take a trip further south to Lillebælt and go Bridgewalking.
