Come and relax in this elegant, contemporary, detached villa. Away from the hustle and bustle of the beaches, you'll be seduced by the surroundings. The main room opens onto a magnificent terrace where you can enjoy lunch under a bioclimatic pergola.
A Mediterranean garden completes the setting.
The 48 m2 apartment has a kitchen opening onto the living room.
You'll find all the kitchen utensils and crockery you need to cook and enjoy your meals.
A kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine (Nescafé Dolcegusto), a microwave oven, a traditional oven and a mini chopper are all available.
The living room is equipped with a large-format TV (with all TNT channels), a 4-seater sofa, a relax table and a coffee table.
The bedroom has a 140x190 bed and a bedside table. There is a large dressing room at the back of the room. Linen is provided.
