The staff was friendly and professional, helping with directions, suggestions, etc. We brought our dog and everyone was as friendly to him as they were to us. We ate on the patio of the Arches restaurant the first night, planning to eat somewhere else the next night. It was so delicious, we went back the next night, too! We will definitely be returning!

Ran out of hot water during my shower, chain on ceiling fan broke, room key didn’t work, they only provided 3 towels for 4 people and then said we would have to come down and get another towel ourselves, the shower soap ran out, the bathroom door squeaked so much it woke us up any time someone went to the bathroom, the shower squealed loudly, and when we asked to leave a day early because of these things they told us they couldn’t help us with a refund. Expedia was not helpful at all. You have lost my business.

The room was spacious but the pillows were lumpy. Had breakfast at the restaurant- the foos was terrific and the view lovely, but the service was a bit slow, maybe not enough staff available that day.

Friendly Staff. Bed was rock hard. Housekeeping was lound in the a.m. making it difficult to sleep in. Also, spa & golf course not in operation. So a bit of false advertising.
