From the moment we arrived and were greeted to our check out we had a wonderful stay. Mona at the front desk was really sweet to call me and let me know when our room was ready. The room was spacious, on the second floor and had a great view of the desert. The microwave and mini fridge made it easy to store and warm our snacks. The meal I ordered to go from the Arches was delicious. The bartender and server were helpful and made sure my order was packed properly. The meds were comfortable. And we had a little patio with chairs. Thank you also for keeping the ponds filled in the area near Arches and in the middle of the property. We walked to them to view the birds. We will recommend and plan to stay here again!

The Beds in this room were horrible, i ended up sleeping on the floor because they were so bad, The "Golf course" that you advertised has been closed for 5 years, the Spa was not opened (closed for a month) the heated pool was NOT heated. Nothing was as advertised

Give it a try
Comfy, large rooms, good beds, internet tv good. Restaurant on site friendly and good. I arrived in the dark, hard to find your way around for the first time.

When booking, and when looking at the pictures you provided, we thought we were going to be in a room where we would see either the sunset or sunrise right from our room or in the balcony area from our room. We get it that had we paid for a room that included this view, we could have it, but there was no indication that our room would have no view and would be dark and dingy. It was very disappointing. Also, we got no information about the pool or how we could access it. Having coffee available in the lobby in the morning was the only nice thing we could think of.
