The room was okay, but very poorly lite. Also the rooms are not serviced during a stay so you have to go between 9am and 5pm to replenish coffee, cups, towels, etc. The walls are very thin and other guests can be noisy.

This hotel is very nice and location is fantastic. We didn't know what to expect, but we got the room that although it was outdated, it was super clean with comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, refrigerator in microwave and lots of space. Staff was friendly in the whole little town was super cute

The beds in our 'deluxe', expensive room were very uncomfortable (big dip in middle). I complained about this a couple years ago and was assured they'd be replaced. Also only one hottub and one pool open. We weren't notified in advance of this. Also wasn't offered our free gift (as gold members of hotels.com). Check in was slow and rude.
