Bigger bedroom has a couch and can be used as a living space. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, knives, plates, cups, glasses. The island in the kitchen also serves as a dining area with 4 barstools.
Parking is available in the driveway or on the street. Driveway holds up to 2 cars and it belongs only to this unit.

Stony Brook Train Station on the Orange line is a 10-12 minute walk and can bring you to downtown Boston.
There are also multiple bus stops within 3-4 minutes walk from the apartment that can bring you to many destinations around the city.
