Check in was rough as they didn’t have my reservation. Hotels.com was able to contact the hotel and ultimately everything worked out and our stay was great. The staff is wonderful and the room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

The service from the front desk, to the valet parking, to the wait staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I had an offer to upgrade my room for free, and the cookies they give at registration are just sweet. I was easily accommodated with an early check-in. The room was spacious and clean; the beds were most comfortable, and the decor was nice - I was welcomed by name on the TV screen and there was a light-up picture frame that was unique and nice to use as a night light. Fridge and microwave in the room, and there was even a small couch with a coffee table as well as a leather chair and ottoman. The couch couldn’t be used for sleeping, but it’s nice to have extra seating in the room. This was not even a suite, just a standard room with 2 queen beds. 11/10 would recommend and I will stay again due to staff hospitality, comfort, and prime location. We were a 5 minute walk to the Boston Opera House, and a 25 minute walk to Faneuil Hall. Great hotel!
Wisteria is the hotel’s restaurant and this is a pesto chicken flatbread! Starbucks is located on the ground floor!

Room was small but very clean. Staff were excellent. Restaurant was iffy. I had a very bad experience at breakfast, my food had grit in it, and had to fight to get the inedible food removed from my bill. Dinner was a better experience. Parking is very expensive, glad i chose to use public transport. The hotel is near several T stations, and close enough to wlk to many attractions. I felt safe walking around the area.

The room was large and very clean. The king-size bed was very comfortable. I liked that there were plenty of towels. We were staying at the Doubletree since it was close to the theatre and to the restaurant. Very walkable. After the show, we had drinks at the bar. The bartenders were very accommodating and make excellent drinks. Overall, I would stay here again.

Nasty room

The room we were assigned — 522 — was absolutely disgusting. I found a half-eaten apple by the bed, hairs on my sheets, the wallpaper was peeling, the lampshades were stained and I could barely see out of the dirty window with crayon drawings on it.
