The room didn’t have a view to anything. The window is masked because it faces the inside of a building which is very bizarre. Tv - terrible - it’s as if it’s connected to an antenna. It keeps freezing up. Parking - $60, very expensive on top of paying $340 something for the room. Room doesn’t even offer complimentary water bottles like most hotels, and not even a continental breakfast or free coffee in the lobby. This stay was not worth the money. Love the location and convenience of walking to the theater district and Chinatown but that’s about all this hotel has to offer.

Excellent staff who were polite and very helpful. Our only complaint was the lack of bath robs and extra blankets in the room.

Very small parking lot and we were not told in advance to pay for parking ahead of time. There was no parking left so we had to park in a garage around the corner. When I checked in, there were apparently no "king" rooms left even though that's what I booked via Travelocity. The Manager gave us a king room, however whispering between staff seemed like something was wrong with the room. Finally checked in and tv remote was broken, DirecTV had bad reception and our heat in the room was broken and only blowing cold air. Disappointing!
