Great location in the Seaport area of Boston. The property is clean and the staff was excellent. The only issue I had was that breakfast was served only until 9 am. While this isn’t a big deal it did cause quite the chaos with guests all coming around the same time causing long lines and difficulty finding a place to sit. Having breakfast open until at least 10 am or even 11 am would mitigate this.

Wonderful hotel. Sheets not the nicest…not soft and a little noisy to sleep on. Guests aloud and slamming doors in our hallway…not hotel fault Pool was nice. Breakfast very crowded and ended about an hour too early…couldn’t find butter or ketchup. Overall a positive experience

Apart from that the lobby snack shop was missing some basic items like sparkling water or Imodium AD, everything else was great. Clean and quiet room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was better than I expected. Room was very clean and the view was pretty decent. The breakfast was a zoo. Not enough tables for the number of people and wait was long for certain items. The valet driver was sleeping in his car when we were leaving. We texted down in advance and went outside to wait. Had to go back in and ask if the valet area was open. We did leave very early in the morning but still not very professional.

This is a nice hotel in a nice area that is convenient to the bus line, some restaurants, AND an exceptionally easy 10 minute walk to the Black Falcon cruise terminal—we could see our ship from our hotel window. The hotel itself is clean and modern with a pleasant staff, but for some reason that was never explained to us, we had a difficult time checking in, even though we had a paid reservation that we made over eight months ago. We arrived early at 8:30am and talked to the desk hostess to let her know we were, knowing that check-in wasn’t until 3pm but hoping it might be a little earlier. We left our luggage with their storage desk and g Headed out for coffee and lunch. We arrived back at 1:50pm and checked with the desk again. Many, many guests were being checked in but we were told that our room was mot yet available. Waited until 3pm, people being checked in and we were told the same. At 3:30 we stopped a manager to ask what the issue was and she said she would check. That took over 10 minutes. We still don’t know what the mystery was, but we were finally checked into and “upgraded” room with a water view. The room was very comfortable and well cared for. Lovely modern hotel that includes breakfast—but big hotel and very crowded in the mornig.
