No coffee maker or hot kettle in room, and no make-up remover wipes in bathroom. Was shocked to be put in the literal basement with no windows in the room. Other than those things, the room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Terrific location right in the heart of downtown. We walked to Quincy Market and explored the harbor and the waterfront of the Aquarium. Nightlife was just steps away as well. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Staff are super friendly and professional at the front desk as well as the bar. We would definitely stay here again! Affordable and fun!

Very clean, close by everything! The location is great, amazing restaurants within walking distance, along with the harbor and aquarium, movie theater. There was a restaurant in the hotel but we did not try that. Staff was lovely. Overall GREAT pick, would definitely stay again if in that area!

Rooms are spacious and they were clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Lobby was nice and allowed our group to get together every night and just relax and enjoy. It is perfectly situated, walking distance to lots of good restaurants and must see places. Employees at the front desk are exceptional, I am sorry that never catch your names but Thank you for making us feel welcomed. We had 23 between kids and adults and they treated all of us in a magnificent way. Jola, the restaurant that is next to the lobby its pretty good and prices are great. We will definitely come back here.
