Only issue we had was all the sirens overnight that woke us up. Seems to be in an emergency vehicle response area and we just are not used to being in the city as we live 700’ off road and don’t have to hear it ever. Other than that was very good stay.

We ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex. We stopped a maid for supplies. I was surprised for the price, there were not more incidentals like a shower cap. No complimentary snacks, and no mini bar.

I had some food left over and there was no microwave in the room or building to warm up my food. The front desk was very rude and condescending when I asked if there were any alternative options. The kitchen was fair and apologized for the inconvenience.

Not worth the money — very disappointing We stayed at The Dagny for two nights and paid six fifty The photos showed a bright room with city views, but we were given a dark room facing a wall and a construction site — no daylight even on a sunny day. It completely ruined our first weekend in Boston. When I complained, they said they’d “upgraded” us to a bigger room (which I never asked for) and promised a $70 refund that never happened. They also claimed they didn’t charge me for my dog, as if that made up for the awful room. After that, they ignored all my messages — both directly and through Expedia. The staff, especially a guy at the front desk, were unprofessional and arrogant. This hotel is definitely not 4-star quality. For the same money, you can stay somewhere much nicer in Manhattan. Misleading photos and poor service — think twice before booking here.

High expectations met completely!

After a bit of research to find a great hotel option in the heart of Boston, we ultimately chose the Dagny. From day one, we knew we made the right choice. Exceptional staff, great location and beautifully maintained rooms topped the list of key attributes for us. Rammy, the front desk manager, was also amazing to work with, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. In short, we will highly recommend the Dagny to all family and friends!!!

Multiple restaurants nearby and close to the harbourwalk. But with multiple resturants and single pane windows you will hear a lot of noise on the weekends. The Irish Pub nearby has live music that makes its way into your room. You also hear the hum of the mini fridge. For those reallt sensitive to sounds I would not recommend it. Otherwise comfortable bed, great gym, and 10 to 15 min from the freedom trail and downtown. On an aside the cleaning team was very kind but the room smelled like bleach so I wish they used a little less cleaning product, though at least you know it has been cleaned. We had to open the window to clear out the smell though.
