Outside the apartment, the property is impeccably groomed with a intimate patio, outdoor shower and the beach and it’s amenities just steps away (not to mention the serenity that the ocean waves and breeze bring as they stream in through the bedroom window each evening and morning). The home’s very close proximity, 2 min. to both the Beverly train station and downtown and Salem’s unique and delicious eats and businesses make it an extremely convenient stay - all while being secluded enough for you to truly unwind and get away to enjoy this little treasure.

*NOTE - This apartment is located on the ground level of a family home so there may be occasional noise heard from upstairs. We do adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and supply the unit with a white noise machine for our guest's convenience.

Peace By The Water
Cozy 1 bedroom near the shore with all the amenities necessary for a quiet getaway. The area had no noise and was welcoming to a slow stroll to watch the waves come in. The rental had lights for every space and the smells throughout were warm and inviting. Books, games, tv were all abound and ready for a reach. If im ever back in the area, I'll see if this space is available again, because its a true treasure!

Charming and Quaint!
My husband and I wanted to explore the Boston area and found this gem of an apartment. The location was awesome. The water was right across the street. We took the train into Boston from the Beverly Station that was 2 miles away. Very close to Salem and Gloucester. I can't say enough about the amenities in the place. There was coffee and water and snacks.It was a mix of old and modern that really worked! Full kitchen, comfy bedroom, a small sitting room to watch TV and a big bathroom. Parking is right around the corner. It couldn't have been any better! I hope to get back there soon.

Great little apartment
The apartment was cute and cozy. It was very clean. Rachel was an attentive host and checked in with us several times throughout the stay. The view of the water out of the bedroom window was great. Parking was a little confusing at first but not a problem at all.

What a lovely cottage. Very quiet neighborhood and close enough to Salem if you are there as a tourist. If you cook, there was everything you would need. If you are going to the beach, they have you there also. Thank you so much for hosting me.

Perfect Beach Weekend Getaway!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this little beach getaway! The host was incredibly kind and accommodated us arriving early (huge thanks to the cleaning folks)! The unit was stocked up with things I didn’t even realize I’d need! Multiple kinds of coffee makers for fellow coffee lovers (along with everything you need for a hot cup), bathrooms with plenty of clean linens and makeup remover wipes, and some complimentary snacks/drinks to top it off! The most exciting surprise is that guests are welcome to use beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella! This was just what we needed as there is a small private beach just around the corner! Easily the best vacation rental we’ve stayed in as far as aesthetics, cleanliness, and amenities provided! Already planning a return trip to the Beverly area just to stay here again!

Cozy
Over all it was very nice but parking is a big problem for me , you can park in the driveway to unload lugage but then you have to move it to a well traveled area in hopes to find a space.
