The parking lot was well lit with plenty of spots. Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. We could hear the guy in the room next to us coughing. Over all it was a nice inexpensive stay if you don’t want to be in downtown Boston.

We arrived in the wee hours of the morning because of a flight delay and the desk staff was very friendly and processed everything quickly so we could get to bed which we greatly appreciated.

Guy at desk for check in was friendly and quick during check in, no complaints there. Room was kinda dingy tho and the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable. The pillows were small square bricks basically. I travel alot all over the country and these were some of the worst. The cost was much cheaper than downtown but that's really all this hotel had going for it unfortunately.

The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of food items, with cold and hot foods. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free and safe. The hotel was 9 miles from the airport but there was heavy traffic in the area so allow extra time to get to the airport. There was a shortage of restaurants in the area.
