The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. They always greeted us with a smile. Very walkable in the Seaport area and close to the airport. Also, the restaurant on site (TAMO) is really good and convenient.

Front desk excellent. Bar tender #1 ignited me for 10 min. Bar tender #2 made up for it. F&B credit was not for alcohol. Does not feel like a credit if such a restriction. Heels like bait and switch so you eat in their restaurant :(
