Hotel was easy to find, parking good. Not a fancy hotel but front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed and linens nice. Air conditioner worked well. Ice machine on first floor. Basic room. Would have given a 5 except breakfast was somewhat limited. What there was ok. Price for stay was reasonable. Close to peace gardens. Would stay again.

My stay was absolutely phenomenal. As soon as I walked in, the place smelled clean. Not overly clean like heavy bleach, but like it's always clean. The front desk was very polite. The room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The pillows were plush and supple. Air conditioning worked and the water pressure was great. Breakfast was solid. For anyone complaining about here, please rememeber. Its Bottineau. Manage your expectations. This place has exceeded mine.

Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Microwave and fridge in room is convenient. My only complaint would be that every time their front door is opened, the doorbell ring is EXTREMELY LOUD and annoying, seems it can be heard for “miles”. Totally unnecessary in my opinion.
