Nous avions choisi cette location principalement pour sa piscine, afin d’en profiter en famille avec notre fille de 5 ans. À notre arrivĂ©e : eau verte, algues, punaises d’eau. Impossible de s’y baigner.Il a fallu 2 jours pour que l’eau soit plus «  claire » et nous avons passĂ© un aprĂšs midi Ă  nettoyer les parois de la piscine pour enlever les algues afin d’essayer de sauver nos vacances. Cette situation nous a privĂ©e d’un tiers de notre sĂ©jour. Le propriĂ©taire, loin d’ĂȘtre concernĂ©, s’est retranchĂ© derriĂšre une clause Ă©voquant la mĂ©tĂ©o pour se dĂ©responsabiliser ainsi qu’une mention dans les conditions gĂ©nĂ©rales inexistantes. Aucun geste commercial ni mĂȘme un mot pour s’excuser ou prendre des nouvelles.RĂ©sultat : une maison jolie, mais une prestation trompeuse. Louer une maison avec piscine implique qu’elle soit utilisable dĂšs l’arrivĂ©e, sauf mention contraire — ce qui n’était pas le cas. Ou dans ces cas lĂ  ne pas facturer une prestation avec piscine. Pour nous, cette expĂ©rience a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevante et ne correspond pas Ă  ce qui Ă©tait promis.

Le propriétaire ne nous a pas donné le code de la boßte a clé, par chance nous l'avons deviné (oui, oui, cest improbable). Le jacuzzi était indiponible et il n'y avait pas de lave linge, contrairement au descriptif de l'annonce, qui a ete modifiée aprés nos reclamations... La piscine était impraticable pendant 3 jours, et le propriétaire etait plus pressé d'encaisser le supplément de 80 euros pour les draps que de traiter la piscine. Bref, un propriétaire qui ne cherche qu'à encaisser l'argent, sans fournir le moindre service, ne serait-ce que le minimum.
