I would normally give this property a 5 star rating. The reason I didn’t is because we had an issue where the dishwasher leaked all over the floor and got the carpet wet. They weren’t able to give us a different room. HOWEVER, I must say, they were gracious enough to give us extra towels and some Hilton rewards points. It wasn’t a huge issue but it was inconvenient. I went back and forth on how I should rate this property. At the end of the day they got 3 stars from me because my husband should not have to fix the leak

Best little spot in Longmont

I am so impressed about this hotel! It has a kitchen in such a compact space and the living room is wonderful too! I stayed for 4 days but I’d easily stay for weeks as it has free breakfast and is cheaper than getting an apartment in the area! Really clean and the staff are outstanding! So friendly and accommodating!

The younger front desk lady that checked us in really didn’t explain what the $50 charge was she charged us and we were unaware of the charge before check in. Our rooms thermostat wouldn’t work as we wanted so it got really warm in our room even trying to use the ac part.

I would’ve liked to of seen better housekeeping. It was hard to find someone to get it done and then we had to wait hours. Housekeeper did not properly clean the room and replenish all the supplies no coffee tea, etc. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to do the dishes, but those weren’t done either. Otherwise we had a nice time. People were very nice.

Great stay, wish

Loved our room, it was perfect for us for our long stay. The staff were really sweet and super helpful. Close vicinity to restuarants, shopping, etc. Would stay here again for the price. Only reason for 4 stars was breakfast was hot and plenty of choices(omelets, biscuit and gravy, oatmeal with fruit/granola/nuts/brown sugar, breakfast sandwiches, toast/bagels/english muffins, waffles, yogurt, muffins, milk, juices) but no meat. Sausage gravy had no sausage it was just gravy over biscuits. Looks like the breakfast sandwiches had a thin piece of some kind of meat but it was so thin you couldnt taste the meat. Denver omelet had teeny tiny pieces of ham you could barely taste. It didnt bother me not having sausage links, sausage patties, bacon or ham but it bothered my spouse.
