Four workspaces, comfy beds, beautiful decor, loads of amenities. Easy access to downtown Boulder, bike trails, mountains, community pool and pickle ball.

Beautiful, large 4bed/3bath home in great location! Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and backing up to open space with a stunning mountain view. Master bedroom with large walk in closet and separate bath/shower. High ceilings and windows that fill the home with sunlight. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Guests have access to the entire home and back yard, no spaces are shared with anyone.

Great place!
Super convenient to downtown Boulder- with beautiful views from the backyard. The house is laid out well- not too big or small. Nice sunk-in living room for games/watching tv. We enjoyed our short but sweet stay here!

Three day work retreat in Boulder
We used the Gunbarrel property as our retreat base, it was a great choice. Good size, very clean, the kitchen had everything, nice outdoor space, close to greenbelt and walking opportunities (and only 20 minutes walk from the Avery Brewery). Highly recommend

Home away from home.
We had a wonderful stay in this home. I felt at home truly. It’s bright and roomy and all the comforts to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Scott could not be more helpful and really wants you to enjoy your stay. The backyard is lovely and the view out the back looks like a painting as the light changes throughout the day. You can sit and enjoy the flatirons all day. Our grandson continues to ask to go to “ the new house”!, Neighborhood very quiet and private.

Amazing house with gorgeous views
My family of 6 adults and 2 kids stayed here, and loved everything about the house. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood with low nose, and walking distance to a park that's perfect for families. The house was clean and sweep stocked with everything we needed, and plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen items, and more. We cancelled our day plans just to be able to spend more time in the house. The backyard is the cherry on top... Amazing views, plenty of deck chairs, and even a fire pit. Even the bathrooms were awesome! I would stay here without a second thought.

Gathering place for family
Family came out for my mom’s funeral service and we wanted a comfortable place for them to stay together. They are from Nebraska so the openness of the property was fantastic! The house was spotless and well equipped. The communication with the property management company, and the owners themselves was made so easy for us. we had a couple of questions and they responded immediately. Today apparently the beds are amazingly comfortable! We had everything we needed! Absolutely beautiful property!
