i like everything about the property: the beddings, the kitchen amenities, the cleanliness, the family ambiance, the fast internet. Well, maybe the reception staff could be a little more welcoming.

Positive: consistently friendly, helpful staff ( who even found a tape measure for me when I needed to measure my son's height). Negative: loud in-wall air conditioning unit, poor mattresses. Breakfast quality (while, yes, free) was not so good: eggs not hot, fruit old.

The lobby entrance looks like the back door to a shopping mall.The intake clerk was nice, the checkout crew had the personality of a couple goats.There was no water pressure in the rooms, and the plumbing for the sink and tub was stopped up and water took forever to drain.

A lot for money

Very friendly staff, rooms quiet, good hot breakfast, con isn't to hey 36 and Boulder. They have a shuttle to take you 5 miles.

Nice place, quiet and comfortable.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Although it can be challenging to find the first time, it is centrally located and walking distance from most services. Staff are great, but the rooms are getting a bit worn.
