We rent a luxury apartment of 70 m2 on two levels completely redone to nine in 2015. We wanted to make it a comfortable and functional living where wood brings warmth and aesthetics.
It is located in the residence Tournavelles. ^ You're in the heart of the resort Arc 1800 on the snow front at the foot of the ski lifts and ski schools.
The shops are down the building, the water park center is 2 minutes walk.

Lovely Apartment in Fantastic Location
Visited with my wife and family (5 adults + 15 yr old) for the New Year Celebrations. Modern, compact and comfortable apartment which is very well laid out and makes the most of the available space. Super convenient in regards to the shops and restaurants and a couple of minutes walk from the Vageré, Villards & Transarc lifts as well as the Aquatic Centre. Boot room means all of ski equipment is easily stowed away and dried for the next day's adventures and the well appointed kitchen facilitates cooking in the event you wish to self-cater. The owner was very helpful and communication was great. Would highly recommend and hope to return again!

Just perfect!
Location is brilliant, right at the foot of the piste and with a supermarket equally close by. The view of the mountains opposite is just amazing 😍. The apartment is very well equipped - with plenty of everything so not having to wait for the dishwasher to finish before starting another meal! Lovely and clean as well. Showers were hot and worked well. We are an adult extended family of 6 who wanted 4 separate sleeping areas which this provided and although not a huge space, it worked well for us. Julie (owner) was great, good communication (speaks very good English) and was able to provide advice and also some local discounts which was very useful. As it was Christmas week, a small Christmas tree in the apartment was a nice touch. Location, cleanliness, communication, facilities, this apartment deserves its 5 stars!

Cosy apartment in an excellent location
A cosy apartment that comfortably sleeps 8 people, with space for ski boots and skis. The apartment is located right by the ski lifts, so the location was excellent. The hosts were very helpful - I could not recommend this place more!

Wonderful apartment right in the middle of Les Arcs and brilliant for slopes and apres ski
We had a wonderful week staying here. The apartment is clean, light and large enough for our party of 7 adults to fit comfortably. It is really handy for the slopes, the shops the bars and everything else you may need on holiday. Julie is wonderful and very helpful and welcoming. The views from the apartment are glorious and you can sit and watch the weather go by and wonderful sunsets. The apartment is really well equipped with everything you could need for a self catering skiing holiday and a great room for boots and skis to be stored in with heated storage. The bathrooms are great with good showers. We could walk to the bars and shops and even skied back for lunch each day. There is a really good range of runs at Les Arcs which suited every type of skier and it was wonderful to leave the car behind and have everything we needed to hand. I would thoroughly recommend the apartment and the hosts.

8 of us stayed and the space was ideal for our needs. a short walk to the Transarc with the ability to ski back to the door. Great hosts explained everything. Perfect for 8 but think it a bit tight for anymore. Overall a great experience will be back next year.

Brilliant apartment
We had the best week staying at Philippe's apartment in Les Arcs. The place is so well equipped for all your needs and has a very high-end finish. The two showers, in particular, are very powerful - very important after a day on the slopes! Being 8 adults we were concerned the place could be too small, but not once did it feel cramped, Philippe also ensured there were enough chairs for us all to sit around the table. Les Arc is a great resort and we stayed over new years which we would highly recommend. Overall a brilliant week - thank you, Philippe !

Perfect location, amazing flat
9 of us stayed here and had a wonderful time. Everything is well presented and well thought out in the flat. The location is brilliant, especially for those just learning who can nip straight back after their lessons. Bars and restaurants close. Transfer from the train station was really easy (up the Funicular with short connecting bus) and our host met us, took us to the flat and told us everything we needed to know.

Lovely property which is very accessible to the slopes. Very modern and beautifully designed.
A true 'ski-to-door' experience. Very hospitable hosts. Comfortable beds and amazing showers. We slept 8 quite comfortably however I'm not sure it would suit many more than this. Overall a brilliant property and we would definitely stay again:)
