The La Di Da - 4 min walk to Beach/town

Welcome to the La Di Da Hotel which is just a 4 minute walk to the beach and town. This gorgeous town house sleeps 22 guests comfortably. We also have the La di da flat, sleeps 4, the boho flat next door, sleeps 5. Let me know the size you your group and I’ll happily put a solution together for you.

The rooms all have high ceilings, and most rooms are large, very spacious to accommodate you all.

As we are so close to the beach, land is limited. However, a nice front and back garden with a BBQ.

A large town house walking distance to beach and town. Just 4 doors up from the Boho Hotel, so perfect for large groups and also wedding groups. I can accommodate up to 60 guests with the 2. My plans to take wedding bookings with bride family in one and the groom in the other. A perfect way for you all to spend time together and get to know your new family.
Also, group bookings for birthday celebrations, hen parties and stag parties.

Do note, we provide hand towels & shower mats. We do not provide bath towels.

Having owned previously children's nurseries for 10 years with 150 children in my care. Safe guarding and fire safety is paramount and top priority.

One area which is very important to always check before you book accommodation.

1, Do ask the host if they are complying with the fire safety laws set in parliament October 2023? Every host should be aware of this.

2, For large groups over 15 guests legally have to have an alarm system with a control panel, wired to each room in the house.
Unfortunately, more and more phone calls come to me as their host has cancelled their booking due to closure from fire safety.
This is paramount for the safety of guests that this rule is squeaky clean. A battery smoke alarm at the bottom of the house is no good to those at the top of the house, if a fire were to start.

Ensuring all fire alarms are wired to a control panel and alarms sound in every sleeping room. (An alarm in the hall way is not helpful to those who have a hearing pediment). And also, by law the alarm has to be wired to each bedroom.
A battery operated smoke alarm is not adequate to safe guard guests.

I feel it is clear, however I will note, yes we have always had the correct fire safety and also the latest fire alarm control panel recently installed to keep us top of the game. Your safety is always at the for front of my mind and business planning.
