Welcome to Apartment Ten at Pelican House — a bright, characterful two-bedroom apartment on the first floor at the front of the building, just minutes from Bournemouth’s beach, cafés, restaurants and shops.
The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds, giving Apartment Ten proper sleeping space for up to four guests without the need for additional fold-out beds or sofa beds.
Quirky slatted walls add a little architectural character, while extra-tall front-facing windows allow plenty of natural light into the apartment.
The open-plan living space has a comfortable sofa, 50" Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, along with a bar-height dining table for relaxed breakfasts and casual meals.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and full-size fridge freezer. There’s also a washing machine, which is particularly handy for families and longer stays.
The modern bathroom has a rainfall power shower and soft towels.
A travel cot and highchair are available free of charge on request.
Guests staying in Apartment Ten also benefit from complimentary access to a nearby off-site gym and spa, approximately an eight-minute walk from Pelican House. Facilities include a gym, 20-metre swimming pool, sauna, steam room and bubble pool. Spa treatments can also be booked separately.
Complimentary gym and spa access is available to eligible guests aged 16+ and includes one visit per registered guest, per stay, for up to two guests.
Limited on-site parking is available for £10 per night and must be booked in advance. A large public car park is approximately a five-minute walk away, with street parking also available nearby.
