THE GROVE HOTEL offers its guests an elevator. Public spaces have free WiFi. Limited parking is available for a fee and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating. As a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable, well looked after and included. Rooms were exceptional, well maintained, clean and comfortable. They always asked if needed anything and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and you could have as much as you wanted. I would definitely recommend this hotel for adults only and shall return. Two great lounges which were roomy, pleasant and relaxing. One has a pool table, one has a book loan area and bith have tv's.
I stayed for Easter 2025 with my Aunt and we had a lovely time. The hotel is central to walk to the beach and shopping centre and the bus stop to get around outside. The staff are exceptional and supportive. The room was spacious and very clean The Breakfast is full English and it was a great start to our day. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens and we will return Such value for money
A really nice hotel, in a great location if you want to explore Bournemouth city or beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Roberto was great and really friendly. Overall a lovely experience and would recommended for anyone wanting to visit Bournemouth.
Fabulous location, very quiet and close to the beach.
Nothing to complain about highly recommended for sure, very warm welcome.
Thank you very much, all the best.
the hotel is very quite and wonderfully located close to the beach and other attractions in Bournemouth. it would benefit from increased sound insulation between the rooms
Very satisfactory stay at the Grove Hotel. Comfortable and clean, and a good and tasty breakfast cooked to order. Only downside curtains/drapes in dinning room could do with a clean !
What a lovely hidden gem this is! Ideal location in East Cliff but surprisingly quiet, I slept very well indeed. Loved my sunny room. Everything in the hotel is spotless. Thank you to Roberto for making me feel welcome and ensuring I had everything I needed. I usually stay in a Premier Inn but I will be back to the Grove. Only downside is very limited on-site parking, but there is free on-street parking (after 5pm) on Gervis Road for example.
The Grove Hotel was amazing everything was perfect, the room the staff were all really friendly and very helpful, breakfast is very tasty, all I can say is that I would recommend this hotel if anyone is staying in Bournemouth, we had a lovely time and that is thanks to everyone they really looked after us and as I said PERFECT in every way we will be back there again. Thankyou everyone Brenda & Joe
Pros: Old-world charm. Spacious room. Plentiful common areas, including a bar, pool table, and an outside patio. Convenient location: 10-minute walk to town/sea, 15- to 20-minute walk from the train station. Kind and friendly staff. Generous VIP benefits. Good value.
Cons: Some windows face the street so awkward to open the curtains. Small bathroom. Wifi not password protected (but requires frequent acceptance of terms of use).
