Loved the rooms. Bright, airy, clean, well equipped and spacious. Could do with a few more USB points. The area is lovely and has plenty of parking. Unfortunately the ongoing building site (hospital) is a bit unsightly. Not the properties fault. Staff are fantastic, helpful, empathetic and go the extra mile. Massive thumbs up for staff. We only had breakfast on this occasion. Only negative to breakfast is that it is not made clear that if you can’t find something, you need only ask staff and they will help. Overall the hotel is lovely. Could do with a few water fountains for refilling water bottles.

We were only here for one night. Check in is self service, but there was a cheerful staff member available if needed. Room was fine...bathroom clean and bed was comfortable. Didn't use gym as we were visiting family in the area and hotel was chosen for convenience. Visited Pub/Grill and service was OK - but never come across a bar man who didn't know what drink pinot Grigio was...had to ask a colleague. Didn't bother with breakfast - not available until 8am at the weekend and we were half way back to London by then. All in all, for a one night stay it was OK

Yeah it's okay.

Rooms are well used so not the cleanest, a bit dusty. I've found thos with all the Village Hotels though. Great pool and sauna areas. Some staff are fantastic, some aren't as friendly. Good place to stay though.

Staff are very helpful, empathetic and accommodating. Accommodation is clean and well laid out. Leaves one feeling comfortable and well rested. Restaurant food was amazing. Very good quality produce, fresh and well prepared. 10/10 for food and service in the restaurant. Unfortunately we only overnighted so did not have the time to make use of other facilities.

Avoid, breakfast time table has been change withoiut informing and the hotel not longer suiutable for week end worker at hospital I have requested refund for pre paid breakfast and nothing has happended so far. The quality of food from hotel PuB was awful, £ 17 pounds for a salad with barely salad, onion !! The food for nearby TESCO much better. The only reason to book there is the gym

Okay

Service upon entry was good, staff help you with touch screen check in, they were friendly and respectful. There is a £5.00 charge to park there. The lift was broken so put on the 2nd only problem was the gym is on the 1st floor with thumping music loud as hell till after 9 from what I can remember. Overall okay for a night on a business trip.

Lift out of use was on 5th floor

Dear Village Hotel Bournemouth Team, I stayed at your hotel this past week for a business trip and wanted to share some feedback. From Tuesday onwards, the lift was out of order, which meant I had to walk up to the fifth floor several times a day. This was very inconvenient and made my stay far less comfortable than expected. I had planned to book another four weeks with you, but given this experience, I’m unsure whether to go ahead. Could you let me know if this issue has been resolved, or if there are measures in place to prevent this happening again? I’d appreciate your response before I make my next booking decision.
