New remodel - sleeps up to 26 people with a Shuttle bus that seats up to 21 people. 6 Bedrooms with 13 beds. Large Bar Game room with Pool table, Poker table, Foosball, Electric darts, Arcade game with 200+ games. Large kitchen with 2 Ovens and 2 Dishwashers. 20min to Heavenly or 25min to Kirkwood. Carson river is very close for excellent fishing. We like to rent to families and quiet groups. There is a 9pm noise curfew and amplified music is not allowed. STR Permit #: 2021068

6 bedrooms was perfect for our group. The large space was also excellent for the many of us. It was a 90th birthday party celebration for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better place for it.

The house was beautiful and the location gave amazing views of the mountains and the valley. Just the vibe we were looking for with our friends and family to celebrate a special milestone. The hosts were great as well!

The property is undergoing installation of a swimming pool, but it should not dissuade a stay in the meanwhile! Very nicely appropriated home.
