PROVO PARADISE - Spacious Studio Condo

Hi, my name is Paul, and welcome to Provo Paradise!

I take pride in making your stay at my vacation home as comfortable as if you were in your own.

La Vista Azul (LVA) is located in the Turtle Cove community, which is part of the Lower Bight area at the west end of beautiful Grace Bay. Turtle Cove is anchored by the local marina for tours and fishing, Smith's Reef for snorkeling and scuba diving, excellent restaurants and, of course, the world class Grace Bay beach.

The veranda in your Suite is my favourite living area! You have 130 square feet of covered outdoor area, with another 240 square feet of private, open space for drying off from a trip to the pool, reading a book, or just taking in the sunrise and breathing clean and breezy ocean air.

It is about a 6-minute walk to the beach, or to the furthest restaurant from your front door. There is no point in rushing because you will make yourself even hotter! Island-time is a true thing! You may feel like you are waiting longer for service, or to get somewhere, but just remember that the service professionals and workers on the island want to keep as cool as you also want to be!

Relax, take some deep breaths, and take in the peaceful atmosphere around you.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you wear TANNING BRONZERS, please bring YOUR OWN LINENS. The brown stains may result in destroyed linens. Mother Nature's natural tan is best!
DO NOT PLACE CONCH SHELLS OR ANY OTHER ITEMS on your Condo veranda railing. Guest liability & damage to other persons or property(ies) may result.
If evidence of Smoking inside the condos is determined, an additional cleaning fee of $200 per Suite will be charged against your Damage Deposit.

We had a lovely stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to the beach. The terrace is large with a beautiful view. Check-in was easy, and parking in the upper lot makes access simple with just one flight of stairs to the apartment. Thank you!

Provo Paradise

My wife and I just returned from 8 nights at Provo Paradise. Location is great if you want to not be directly on Grace bay beach. Were daily snorkelers, so location was great being walking distance to smiths reef and coral gardens. Which was also excellent for underwater sea life. Location is also close to 3-4 restaurants. walkable at night. Paul's communication was top notch. We never had to use the on island property manager. La Vista Azul is very clean with beautiful foliage. We used the gorgeous, large pool every afternoon and pretty much had it to ourselves. Property was clean, key pad, kitchen had enough to make great meals. It was also great to have beach chairs. Unit has laundry also. All in all great use of space, just beware you do have to hike stairs daily coming and going, no lifts. Would definitely book here again, great trip

Lovely stay - will be back!

We’ve just returned from a week long stay at this gorgeous property! Location is perfect for a little peace and quiet. Fantastic snorkeling nearby! The pool was fabulous and often empty. Nice to have a hot tub that was actually hot! The views from the spacious terrace are stunning! We were quite pleased with the amenities and utilized the beach chairs and floats.. so nice to not have to worry about packing beach towels etc! We appreciated the attention to detail in starter toiletries, garbage bags, detergent and so on. This studio was well equipped for cooking - we made breakfast each morning. Quality linens and bedding made for a very comfortable stay! This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos and we greatly appreciated Paul’s continued communication and recommendations. A superb stay! We hope to stay again! Thank you!
