At the entrance of Locmaria, at the end of a dead end out of the tourist circuits, all the amenities of the town are a 5-minute walk away: Bakery, Convenience store, Café tabac, and small market every morning in summer with products local .

You will be seduced by the tranquility of the site, and by the surrounding wilderness. It is not uncommon for chickens, rabbits and pheasants to walk around!

The house benefits from a 300 m2 unfenced plot and a 20 m2 terrace facing south as well as a patio accessible from the ground floor suite.

The sea is less than 1 km away, the two closest beaches are Port Blanc and Port Maria.

No joint ownership, you will feel at home at home.

You enter directly from the terrace into the main room through a double swing farm door.

On the left a functional kitchen was recently installed, its equipment is very complete:

Dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker ....

This 30 m2 room also has a dining area and a living area with TV and DVD player.

Also on the ground floor:
-Separate WC with washing machine space
-a very pleasant suite of 18 m2 with double bed 160x190 and a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. A private patio of 20 m2 with direct access from the bedroom.
