Our team consists of a retreated teacher - Voula, a professor of Muay Thai martial art and sculptor - Angelo, a videographer and actor - Theodore, our romanian translator- Zafeiris, the owner and manager of the property - Spiros, and our lovely cleaning lady - Maria. Guest star, Razell, our Jack russell dog. We have a very strong connection with Romanian and east Europe culture (Zafeiris studied odontology at Timisoara) and French culture (Theodore studied visual arts, theatre and cinema at Paris). Due to our multidiscipline team we can understand, manage and host::

Building of 'Psarou Thalassa Studios'

The building of 'Psarou Thalassa Studios' consists of 12 self catering studios in total and is located in front of the beach. The beach is sandy and awarded with a blue flag by the EU. All studios (including those of the ground floor) overlook the blue ionian sea. Each studio has a surface of 25 sq. meters and can accommodate up to 3 persons (1 double bed & 1 single bed per studio). Every studio has kitchen, refrigerator, TV, A/c, private WC and private balcony. The 12 studios are suitable for 12 couples, families with children and groups up to 36 persons. All 12 studios are independent, they are not connected with interior doors. The sea is safe for small children (no big waves or deep waters). The nearest restaurant is in a distance of 200 m.

This is a special offer for the whole building. The building can accommodate in total 24 to 36 persons. Also you can. rent half of the property for half of the price (but at the common areas there will be and other potential guests)

* The prices are for 24 persons, each extra person: + 5 euros per day
* If you want to rent the whole property for only 2 days, the price
regardless season starts from 1000 euros per day (for up to 24 persons). Each extra person is charged 5 euros per day.

• We have installed at all rooms ceiling fans for our eco-guests who don't want to consume too much energy. Also during the pandemic for your health we deactivated all the A/Cs units, you can use them only upon request during your arrival)
• Small pets allowed (upon request)
• Tap water is not drinkable
• Smoking allowed
• Check out time is until 11 am and check in is from 15:00 p.m. in order to have plenty of time to thoroughly disinfect
• If you arrive before check-in, we'll hold your luggage so you can begin your vacation right away. If your flight departs later, you can also leave your luggage with us and spend as much time as possible to the island
• Seasonal common 'quiet hours': 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00
• We do not provide towels for the beach, they are for use only inside the room. Please use the bathroom mats and not the towels as 'bathroom mats'.
• Don't throw paper toilet or objects to the toilet. The toilet tubes in Greece are very tiny. For that reason we provide baskets inside the WC, please use them.
• If there is any kind of problem inside the room (light bulb is burned out for example or toilet tank leaking causing a continuous flow of wasted water) please tell us and we will fix it immediately. Don't hesitate to contact us. Our team is on site in order to assist you.

'Studios Psarou' are located in front of the Psarou beach at the
northeastern coast of the island, between Tsilivi (5 km) and Alikes (3
Km) and 15 km away from Zakynthos airport and the tourist resort of
Laganas. The port and the city of Zakynthos are in a distance of 13 km.
Psarou village and its surroundings are very quiet, green and ideal for
walks. At 300 meters from the rooms you can find traditional taverns
and mini market. At 400 meters there is a quiet seaside bar where you
can enjoy your drinks. Car, bicycle and motorbike rental offices are
located at 600 meters. Also near to our rooms there is a port 'Kavos’
where you can moor your ship or boat free. 'Studios Psarou' are 1 km
away from 'Studios Gerakari'.
