After a long day at work, it was so nice to have a comfortable bed. Although we were disappointed the heated pool was out(we were looking forward to that), at least were able to be comfortable.

A few issues: The toilet was was clogged. The desk person offered a plunger so we could fix it ourselves. As a guest I have never been asked to fix anything. We would up staying in two rooms because of the toilet issue. Both rooms were provisioned for one person even though we had booked for two guests.
