Cheap.
I hesitate writing this because I am the kinda guy that prefers to say nothing at all, if I am
gonna say anything. But… Buyer beware.
Super chincy constructed apartment building, clearly in need of paint and maintenance. Someone who designed clearly thought, “how can we mass produce a bunch of cheap housing in a hurry?”
Tiny apartment with clear ware and tear. Barn door between bedroom and living room barely worked. Damage to paint and walls. Chips in furniture. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke.
The main mattress was a torture device. Like something from summer camp or jail. Thin blankets, thin towels. Two thin decorative pillows. If you need to sleep on sofa, there were sheets, but nothing else. Bare bones everything.
It was clean and it was shelter.
For that, grateful.
Sorry, to be negative, but people should know what they are getting.
