I found my stay to be enjoyable. Nobody has knocked themselves out keeping the place clean, but I didn’t feel it was problematic. The bed was comfy, the staff was very nice, and I enjoyed my stay. I think it is a serviceable low-cost place to stay.

My husband and I travel a lot for our Business...we always ride through Bowling Green Kentucky, atleast every 3/4 months..Microtel is are resting place..but on August 1st,2025..we checked in, the Toilet was running..so my husband called front desk to checkit out..she apologized for the inconvenience..all rooms where booked, said she's going to let Management know about the problem..we checked out next morning..talked to front desk about issue..she said ok we'll look into it..my husband asked for Management name..called 2 days later..lady told us there was NO problem with the Toilet..we said the front desk wrote a note about it right..she said yes..but no problem with Toilet..Microtel you just LOST customers for LIFE..

Toilet broken!

The staff was very nice. However after 12 hours drive and checking in late, I just wanted to get settled in my room and get to sleep. After unpacking and just about ready to sleep, I tried to use the bathroom only to find a broken toilet!! It was in the middle of the night and there's nothing staff could do. I had to take the lid off the toilet and reach down into the toilet bowl to lift the plunger every time I use the toilet! That was the only option I was given.
