This peaceful lakefront 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for a family getaway. It is water front located on Smith Creek which is rumored to have some of the best fishing on the entire lake. Included for your fun and enjoyment is a gaming system with 10,000 games, 2 kayaks, a 3 person canoe, and a pedal boat. The main tv is a Samsung Smart TV, the master has an Amazon Fire TV and the 3rd TV has a Fire Stick. Netflix is provided. Bring your electric vehicle and 15-40 charger to plug into the 30 amp outlet to recharge for your trip home. The house has a king, full, 4 twin bunks, and 2 futons. Every night stand has a wireless phone charging block. Appliances include 2 crockpots, air fryer, mixer

The water at the dock is perfect for swimming. It averages around 3 1/2 feet deep, depending on the lake level.

It was very nice place but need to get rid of ants , the back porch was full of big black ants . they were in my car when we left . Other then that the stay was GREAT !!

Gaston Getaway
The house and property was everything as advertised very clean up-to-date beautiful location would highly recommend it. very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We brought our boat and kept it under the roof of the dock, and the boat ramp is right down the road very easy access. I spoke with Andrew the owner briefly regarding a question who was very responsive and helpful.
