Beach studio with pool 200 meters from the beach

The apartment in a complex which has been completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom all according to German standards. The facility is well maintained and quiet. Most of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on small things that are needed in daily use.
The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches.
Normal rentals are simply email monthly with your wishes or your schedule.

Cute and Cozy

I stayed in this studio for 6 weeks while my house had some work done. It's a studio, so it's small, but had everything I thought I needed. Nice finishes in the bathroom. Decent size closet. Storage everywhere I looked. It was well stocked with utensils, cookware, towels, etc. The outside courtyard had lots of seating and grills. The beach is just down the street. And Donna is the best hostess.

The fact that the beach was 200 yards away was the selling point to me.

The property was beautiful. I felt as thought I was in my own little oasis. Very quiet and the other guests were very nice. It felt you were with family.

clean and comfortable; great location

there's nothing like staying in a place where you can walk out the door and be in the ocean 3 minutes later. This studio is modest but clean, comfortable and quiet. Only suggestion would be to provide true blackout curtains or blinds because there is a lot of light that comes in through the blinds at night, which interferes with good quality sleep.
