We enjoyed our entire stay at the hotel we are satisfied with the wi-fi and the washer and dryers the staff was very friendly and helpful and the property was great thank you for the trip

The room was like a bed in a box. The shower didn’t have a place for soap. The floor was sandy. The room did not look like the picture. Towels, sheets, pillows very basic and minimal. We could hear people in the room upstairs, and next door. Paramedics arrived next door at 4:30 a.am. Drugs were involved… we could hear everything. Needless to say it was a very poor choice, definitely not a resort.

Issues with one particular bi lingual short woman with long thin hair works in Laundry. She left a bin for over a half hour in front of our doo then gives us attitude, whenever we asked for anything. Tv in our bedroom was changed to Spanish we didn't do ok it. Plus Shards of glass was repeatedly left in area btween our room and car each time I pick up it returns. Shes creepy. Wouldn't recommendit this place to friends and family

I was lost for an hour as directions on GPS lead me to a wall of hedges. I called the front desk for directions and the man that answered didn't know south from north and had me driving back and forth. He told me to hold and after 10 minutes I hung up and called back. He told me that he had people in front of him and to hold. After another 10 minutes I hung up again and called back. He was finally able to tell me ho to get there. I am 65 and they put me on the 3rd floor with no elevators. I had to lug my suitcase up three flights of stairs by myself. Would not recommend

Staff were very very kind. Bathroom door did not close all the way, water from shower splashed outside, will create a major problem in the future. And we rented the room to get some rest, but that garbage truck just makes you jump out of bed with all the noise when dumping the trash. Room cozy, clean and well decorated.
