This is a fine place to stay but for the price, it’s pretty basic without a lot of comfort. I liked the attached coffee shop and location but the rooms are just meh, and not very cozy.

⸻ For the price, I expected much more. The room felt like a small guest room in someone’s house rather than a hotel. There’s no on-site parking, which was disappointing. I was told I could pay $30 for valet, where they take your car to a public lot two blocks away, or $15 to park it there myself. There were at least ten open spaces in their lot, but apparently, those aren’t for guests. The front desk attendant at check-in wasn’t very friendly either. She seemed surprised I was even there, maybe I didn’t fit their “typical” guest profile, either way, it wasn’t a warm welcome. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free

Very convenient location and very friendly staff. Otherwise just a glorified motel. Super soft beds (more like hammock) and noisy. AC had horrible screech to it. Certainly not worth the price we paid.

Clean room, downtown setting. Ease of ramp parking. HVAC unit was similar to low priced hotels…noisy. Needs quieter upgrade based on price point and motel’s desire to be “upscale boutique”. Staff was truly amazing…helpful, welcoming, appearing to “like” their jobs.
