Basic clean room, very rude reception staff
I booked two rooms, for my mother and my son. As my son was arriving later, my mother had booked in, and left my sons room key at reception. When son arrived, reception closed. He rang and was met with a rude reception staff who said it wasnt her problem, and she couldnt do anything about it. At no stage did they inform my mother reception would be closed at a certain hour. Eventually they stated his key was in a locked box.

Clean, comfy, and good value for money 😊
My daughter and I had a one night stay, room was a good size, and clean. The beds were super comfy!! We wanted to take them home 😀 Had all the usual amenities, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchenette. We were very happy with the room and our stay. The hotel is very easy to find on Northbourne Ave, close to civic. Under cover parking. Overall we will be happy to stay again, it's our new Canberra go to hotel.
