Host was timely on answers to our questions. Unit was clean and comfortable. We had no problems with WiFi or tv. Loved the location - close to gulf, restaurants, and shopping. Towels, beach chairs, and pool furniture were all wonderful. We will be back to this complex next year. Already booked!

This is our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love everything about it’s such a quaint old Florida style place. The one thing that we like is there are only 4 units so it’s quiet and very relaxing. The pool is something we had to have and it’s the best, all you need to do is walk across the street and your right on the beach. The unit itself has all the amenities you need and its upkeep and very clean. Christine is an awesome host. You won’t be disappointed in booking this place. We will be back

My friend and I had an amazing stay at this property. One minute walk to the beach. Longest time is waiting for traffic to stop. Made it easy to bring the bare essentials to the beach and pop back to use the bathroom or grab a snack/drink. We will definitely be back! Property is clean. Neighbors are respectful.

Weekend away to shell hunt

The property was will maintained and clean. As for the seashells, we drove to less populated beaches. The pool was very clean. We did not use the washer/dryer while there. Parking was ok until another renter parked immediately in front of the gate we needed to use to get to our unit. It made it difficult to get our larger luggage out

Perfect get away!

All you need for any length of stay- very close to the beach, lovely pool, comfy bed and everything you need in the kitchen if you choose to cook. We cook most of our meals each trip and there’s even a nice gas bbq grill—- owners are awesome!

Good location!

The property was located in a quiet, convenient location. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the unit changed ownership 2 or 3 days before we left which was unsettling to us. The new owner did seem to want to uphold the same cleanliness and welcoming standards as the prior owner. We did enjoy ourselves. Note that we had rented an electric golf cart for our stay and were told there was not a place to plug it in. This was unfortunate because it wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Overall, we had a good time.

A Ray of Sunshine

Great location on AMI. We were in the studio unit 3 and loved being able to step outside our door to the pool. There are nice 4 person tables with umbrellas as well as lounge chairs. Pool was nice and warm. Nice beach towels provided and available chairs for the beach were no problem at all. Grill worked great and was fun to have by the pool. Loved being so close to the beach as well. The keypad for entry was nice and easy for coming and going, as well as check in and check out. Jill was overly easy to communicate with and was quite helpful before, during and upon leaving. Bed was super comfy and clean. Loveseat was too. Was able to meet the kind and friendly cleaners and all the neighbors. Impressed by all!

Cute and cozy nautical vibes

We had an amazing time. We came to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and it was just the two of us and the place was perfect, clean, cozy, literal steps from the beach and the trolley. Definitely would book again. Highly recommend the host as well as she was communicative and responsive the entire time. Much appreciated detailed instructions and helpful information about the area.

Perfect studio apartment for two, steps from the beach

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at Jill's unit. We loved the layout and design of her place. The unit was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had everything we needed. Despite the "studio" layout, the unit felt more spacious than we expected, and we felt we had plenty of room for the two of us. The pool area is cozy and inviting, and the availability of the washer/dryer was a huge plus. There were plenty of beach chairs and a beach umbrella for the residents of the four units to use. The best thing about this place may be its proximity to the beach! You are literally steps away from the gorgeous white, powder sand and teal blue waters of Bradenton Beach. This is a place I would recommend to any couple or party of two, and I hope to visit again someday!
