Absolutely wonderful

This property was amazing. Everything you see is what you get. Beach towels were a nice added touch so we didn’t have to bring ours. I requested an ironing board an iron and had that with no problem. Beach was right across the street. Will return again!

Nice community

Good location. The neighbors were all very friendly. Clean. Short walk to the beach. Easy check in with emails and texts. Toaster needed updated and there were no hot pads and beach supplies needed updated. Get to the community pool early if it is a nice day. Do not forget your pickle ball equipment. The court was always busy. They has club house lunches/ snack twice during the week. We would stay there again.

Cute condo, Perfect Location

This condo was perfect for my husband and I, plus our 12 and 15 year old boys. The place was decorated so cute, had everything we needed, and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The location was great, close to the pool, short walk to the beach, very close to shops and restaurants. The check in/out process was super easy. The only small issue I had was the cleaning crew didn't do a great job. They left the sliding back door wide open so it was SO hot when we arrived, and there were chips and popcorn crumbs on the floor, plus a wet cleaning towel on the coffee table. It wasn't worth it to me to complain to the property manager about, I found a vacuum in the closet and cleaned it up myself. The pool closing at 8 pm was also kind of a bummer. Overall though, we had a wonderful stay, and I would consider booking again.

This property is in a great location. However be prepared to bring your own soap, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags and paper towels. Only one of each is provided for your use for the whole week. The condo was nice, pool was great and the beach was easily accessible.

Great condo with far more pros than cons

We have stayed at Runaway Bay several times, but this is the first time in this specific condo. It's decorated beautifully and has most everything a family would need. We did run into some items that we are used to having, that this specific condo did not. Examples are an iron for our clothes prior to family pictures, a baking sheet, pizza pan, board games, etc. While that's not the owners responsibility most of these condos are occupied by families who would benefit from those additional amenities. The location is perfect and being on the ground level was something new for us, which made things so much easier! I would definitely stay here again and have no complaints that would keep us from doing so. Just some suggestions to make it even better:)

Close to the Beach!

Excellent location with cross walk to get to the beach- across the very busy street. Walking distance for a few restaurants. Great location. The unit, 154 was updated nicely. We received confirmation that our unit was ready as we pulled up to it at 4:00 pm and actually -- the cleaning staff were there for another half hour. Overall recommend as a great place to stay. I would stay in this unit again.

Great location, great amenities

We enjoyed our stay! We have teenage boys that enjoyed the heated pool and tennis courts. The beach was just a short walk away and we spent time there enjoying the sun and the sunsets. We would recommend this property, but do note that you will have to rent beach chairs. We appreciated the time away with our family together!

Perfect location

This rental was really nice. It was clean, updated furniture, plenty of supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Perfect location. Literally less than 1/4 mile to shoreline. Brittany the manager was a pleasant to work with any questions that came up. Which wasn’t much. ( WiFi issue which was resolved in minutes). A real enjoyable stay. Would have extended my stay in this unit if it wasn’t booked. 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
