Nice Location - The Only Positive Of 3 Week Stay

Wrong access code upon arrival. Couches dirty. Washing machine unable to wash a full load of towels w/o locking and stopping (I was told by the office to shut circuit breaker off – remove some clothes and restart with smaller load!} The Saturday night before Presidents’ Day, the flow of water was a pencil sized trickle from the faucet. There was NO WATER on Sunday morning! I reported the issue to the answering service. Meanwhile I called the county water department and was told by “Bill” that it was not a county problem, but a water line problem on the condo complex side of the meter and that the water was shut off by the fire department due to the leak. A follow-up call from the A Paradise Rentals told me that it was a county water leak at Holmes Beach (at the other end of AMI). I immediately knew this was a lie as I had spoken to “Bill” at the county water department!!! As I mentioned, the water problem started on Saturday night, and no plumbers showed up to repair the leak until 0900 Tuesday morning, ~65 hours later!!! They did supply us with pails to carry water from the pool to flush toilets and delivered some drinking water. At one point during our stay, I requested another set of sheets. When I went to the office to pick them up (initially they were to be delivered), I was asked: “Do you only have four people staying there?” My immediate answer was “yes” but the more time that I thought about it, I was not happy and considered it to be an insult.NEVER AGAIN

Perfect location

I love the location of this property. Direct beach front, lanai overlooking the gulf, heated pool,short walk to bars and restaurants, convenience store right across the street. Perfect! This unit was good, but needs some updating. Living room furniture is very old, master bathroom shower needs updating. Overall though, it was clean and I do recommend staying here!

Very nice condominium for Anna Maria Island. Oceanfront balcony was great.

Very nice day. Would definitely return. No complaints other than spectrum television which isn't their fault. Property is in a great location walk to everything many nice restaurants including they wonderful Bridge Street that has drnk specials every time it rains. They condominium itself has a nice pool and the beach is immaculate. Everything is very clean as well which is mandatory for us. Overall great stay and would definitely and will definitely return.

Excellent location and beautiful sunsets!

Happy with our stay, the condo is in the heart of Bradenton Beach, you can walk everywhere-perfect for our teens! The sunset views from the lanai were incredible. Condo was clean and well appointed, furniture is dated but did not impact our stay! Would definitely stay again!
