The Gulf Watch community has a 35 ft. by 15 ft. heated pool that is shared between the units in the community. There are also grills around the pool area to use at your convenience.

There are two covered parking spaces assigned to the unit. Due to limited clearance, this Condominium Association does not permit trailers, large trucks, or RV under covered parking (clearance 7.3").

In accordance with the Condominium Association, this property requires a 7-night minimum stay.

Great location; outstanding beach!

Great location - not commercial
 no tourist chains. Great restaurants (Tide Tables is our favorite). Nice views of the ocean from the living room and balcony. Set up beach chairs in the AM and go across the street and back for a nice balance of sun and cold AC. Short walk to the pier and the little township of Bradenton Beach Overall, a great location to vacation - and a nice condo that is built for it.

Great location

Many things to do in area. Golf cart rental 2 days , biking, pontoon rental day on intercoastal. Lots of food and beach days!! Weather was wonderful everyday since we heard it rained almost everyday in Michigan.

An amazing rental!

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island, and this condo ended up being in the perfect location! We appreciated Duncan Realty’s responsiveness and had no issues with the condo. At the end, when we were checking out, we had an issue as we had nowhere to put our trash (trash is collected only on Thursdays, and any trash you have can only placed in the community bin the night before). Despite this, the property manager was understanding, helpful, and made sure that we were good to check out. I definitely recommend this condo for anyone wanting to be right near the beach in a great area.

Such a perfect location and relaxing place to stay

We have been to anna maria island every year over the last 12 years, and we enjoyed our stay here so much ! It was our first time staying in bradenton beach and it was so convenient and close to everything. We walked to dinner and shopping several times, and had s blast being right across the street from the beach. Our tv messed up in the middle of our week, and they were so quick to respond to our call and send someone out to fix it. Everything was beyond satisfactory and super clean which is so important right now. We will definitely rent here again.

Walking distance to restaurants, shops, Circle K, Historic Bridge Street. Good beach access! Condo served its purpose with the basics. Did not feel owners make it hospitable for their renters. Couch and loveseat very worn with stains/discoloration. Cable TV in second bedroom not hooked up. All cables and box sitting on dresser. Hooked up myself. Ceiling fan in living area not working, refrigerator not working upon arrival. Had to call maintenance and rep at Duncan Realty was rude when I did call.

It was very nice and a good location. It needed a little maintenance. The storm door was broken. The carpet and sofas were stained. The bathroom faucet handle was hard to work and it leaked. The shower head was plugged up.
