All in all it was a very nice place to stay and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It was frustrating that there were no sheets for the pullout couch when we arrived and I wasn’t able to get them until the next day, in addition to the pool’s heater not working. The bathroom was very nice, as well as the kitchen having everything you might need.

The location was good in that it was convenient to the beach and Bridge Street(the local tourist spot). It was quiet. But the condo itself needs some redecorating, most of the furniture looked like secondhand stuff; closet,cabinets,drawers(except for the bedroom dresser) had all kinds of junk in them. The curtains and the rod on the front window were laying on the floor in the corner and the dish washer could not be opened. I did contact Vacasa and they did send someone out to check on the dishwasher ( which couldn’t be fixed at the time) but he did replace the curtains and rod. The bathroom, which was very small, had towel hooks on the wall that were hanging loose.

Quiet getaway

I love Anna Maria island and especially Bradenton beach area. Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo was beautifully decorated and everything needed is provided except food and drinks. Quiet complex with nice pool area. I’ve stayed at this complex multiple times and have not ever been disappointed

Perfect location to beach and Bridge Street! Very clean and comfortable Location didn’t have any beach chairs or umbrella The kitchen was stocked adequately except for salt & pepper and spices which would have really helped All and all good condo!
