The space was great and we enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach. The hot tub was a bit finicky with the timeline to heat up so extra instructions on that would have been helpful. There was also a foul odor around the wine fridge that we couldn't locate. It might be under or behind the unit. Just wanted to give you a heads up.Thanks!

Beautiful home..great location!

Beautiful home, great location, and everything we wanted
with only a few hiccups. We checked in on a Saturday and on that Sunday I called the messaging service to alert them of a few issues we discovered upon checking in; i.e. the need for more washcloths (1 per bathroom was not going to cut it), our coffee pot had no filter so after buying coffee we needed to also purchase pods to be able to make coffee, one bedroom lamp needed a new bulb. We never heard back so I called again on Wednesday and they had never received my message. We were quickly brought more washcloths and appreciated the speedy response. We rented three golf carts and had no problems with charging them. They also made our stay fun to be able to zip around the island and see more of it. The beach access was so close for the beachgoers in our group. The pool area was nice, plenty of furniture to lounge in the sun, although the back yard was pretty shady most of the time. It also had a foul smell at times..we didn’t know where it was coming from but perhaps the dumpsters on the other side of the fence. It was a perfect week of sunny and warm weather! Check-in and check-out was super easy! Overall, we enjoyed our time and loved the beautiful beach house we called home for the week.

Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our large family. Decorated nicely, but could use some large pots for boiling shrimp, etc. Twin beds both broke and were propped up on bricks. Hopefully those will have been replaced. We had decent weather and a great time!

Summer chill

Fantastic location to relax and enjoy the beach with all the amenities of an outstanding property. Suited our family group with en suites to 5 rooms and a jack/jill. Pool area was lovely and roof top gave excellent views across the area. Few more beach chairs would have been good.

Family vacation

We loved the location. Very close to restaurants. The walk to the beach is very short. The only complaint we have is that the kitchen was a little short on items. We would stay here again.

Nice Home

The house and location were great. One upstairs room had food chunks between fitted sheet and mstress cover. Fortunitly we did not need that room so it was left vacant. Home needs more deck chairs, and comfortable mobile chairs.

Beautiful Retreat

Gorgeous new home, with attached bathrooms to each bedroom giving all occupants their privacy. Be prepared for lots of steps to each level! Location was ideal to beach and Gulf Drive to access trolley. Great stay!
